In today’s contemporary world, science and technology have become the new fundamentalists in today’s society. Everything has to be measurable as we got obsessed with efficiency, comparison, and growth. However, the most important expressions of human nature, culture and connection, are not measurable.

The shift of the current business and organisational mindset and frameworks, from a mechanistic system (made up of charts, functions, siloes) towards a system able to recognise the value of human relationships, is one of the most important shifts of the years to come.
